Mrs. Garza has been working in the fields of estate planning, trust administration, probate, and business law since 1990. For five years prior to joining the firm, she served as Probate Examiner/ Investigator for the Riverside County Superior Court in Indio, where she acquired extensive experience in ensuring compliance with the California Probate Code in a wide array of matters involving estates, trusts, and conservatorships.

Mrs. Garza has worked with trusts and estates attorneys in both the Coachella Valley and San Diego County, and as a Trust Administrator with Union Bank of California.

Mrs. Garza is an Associate Member of the Desert Bar Association. Though born and raised on the East coast, Debra is now a Desert dweller. She and her husband, Ray, make their home in Indio.
